1 1/2 lbs. Kretschmar Ham Off the Bone (sliced thick and diced bite size)
2 c. Kretschmar® Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
2 1/2 c. Seasoned Croutons
1/4 c. Green Peppers (Chopped & Sautéed)
1/4 c. White Onion (Chopped & Sautéed)
2 1/2 c. Milk
1 8 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
1 4 oz. Can sliced Mushrooms (drained)
3/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Hot Sauce
Optional: Cherry Tomatoes and Parsley Sprigs to garnish
Lightly grease a 13x9x2 baking pan, spread croutons in pan; set aside. Sauté Kretschmar® Ham Off the Bone and cook until lightly browned. Add green peppers and onions cook until soft, drain off excess oil. Sprinkle diced Ham and vegetable mixture over the croutons.
Combine Eggs and the rest of ingredients, mix well and pour over diced ham. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven at 325ºF. Bake uncovered for 50-55 min. Sprinkle with Kretschmar® Cheddar Cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. Garnish if desired. Serve warm.
